This research explains how to analyze fatigue and calculate the maximum stress and where it is concentrated in weldment of Butt, Lap, Tee and pipe-flange Butt joint, in three cases by using CATIA software and ABAQUS environment. In the first case, both metals for welding parts and weld metal are of the same material. In the second case, metal for welded parts of the same material, but weld bead from another material. In the third case, metals for welded parts differ between them and between metal of weld bead. The other purpose of this research is to compare between these cases and which of these cases has the highest stress.
