Mehr Beteiligung von jungen Menschen, Eltern und Familien – mit diesem Ziel stĂ€rkt das im Jahr 2021 verabschiedete Kinder- und JugendstĂ€rkungsgesetz (KJSG) die Beratungs-, Beschwerde- und Beteiligungsrechte von Adressat*innen in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Gleichzeitig schreibt sich damit erstmals der Begriff der Selbstbestimmung programmatisch in die Zielbestimmung der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe ein. FĂŒr das fachliche Handeln stellt sich an diesem Punkt vor allem die Frage, wie sich der Dreiklang von Partizipation, Mitbestimmung und Selbstbestimmung in ein VerhĂ€ltnis bringen und im Alltag junger Menschen und Familien umsetzen lĂ€sst. Dem nimmt sich der vorliegende Sammelband an. Die unterschiedlichen BeitrĂ€ge machen deutlich, wie eine selbstbestimmte LebensfĂŒhrung im Kontext stationĂ€rer Erziehungs- und Eingliederungshilfe gelingen kann und welche Bedingungen dafĂŒr förderlich sind.
